[SYNOPSIS]
On Mondays when the theater is closed, actors climb a mountain. They have been climbing the same mountain every week for 18 years, carrying their own pains, dreams, and goals in their hearts as they climb Seoul's mountains together.
[DIRECTOR'S NOTE]
Actors who express the process of a character's heart growing. In the movies and plays they act in, the characters seem to heal their emotional wounds one way or another. However, have these actors themselves found ways to take care of their own hearts and grow on the stage called life?

[SYNOPSIS]
배우들로만 이루어진 산악회인 ‘맘 산악회’는 18년째 매주 북한산에만 오르고 있다. 극장이 쉬는 월요일에 혼자 있지 말자며 배우 손병호를 중심으로 모이기 시작해, 산악회를 오고 간 배우가 백여명이 넘는다. 모두가 다른 위치에서, 각자의 마음에 아픔과 꿈과 목표를 품고 함께 서울을 지키고 있는 큰 산을 오른다.
[DIRECTOR'S NOTE]
캐릭터의 마음이 성장하는 과정을 표현하는 일을 하는 배우들. 그들이 연기하는 영화 속, 연극 속의 캐릭터들은 어떻게든 마음의 상처를 치유해 나가는 듯 하다. 그러나 정작 이들은 삶이라는 무대에서 자신의 마음을 돌보고 성장하는 방법을 찾았을까?
